Well we've been and gone and done it. We've booked a holiday for later this year. We always said we wanted to support the economy in even a small way so that's a start. It's only a short break and isn't out of the country. The hotel was glad to take our booking. I see from their website that they're advertising for staff so that's good. Their menus say that food is locally sourced so should help the local economy. DH has asked them to organise some activities for him so more local work.
On a more cowardly note the holiday is cancellable up to 14 days prior to arrival.
All that and we'll have a lovely change of scene and some good grub. Win win!
