Caravan Site Fee Refunds

Has anyone who has a touring caravan on a seasonal site or a static caravan received a refund, or any indication that they will receive one because of the current situation with Coronavirus? Our site owners have not been in contact with us in any way since lockdown and are just taking our monthly site fee without so much as an update.

We haven’t heard anything other than general ‘chit chat’ from the owners of the site that our static is on. Not necessarily looking for a refund but a goodwill gesture of some sort would be welcome.

chloe1984, that's exactly how we feel. And if they increase our fees next year we'll be having a serious think about carrying on with it. We only bought it in June last year........

I agree we love to have a space to go to with our own things around us and a great place for grandchildren to enjoy but this has all been rather an eye opener And we are now reconsidering our options.

There are two threads on this. We've been told next years fees will be reduced by £200. Which is fine by me.
