UV light is well known for its anti bacterial properties and is used in medical and dental practices to kill bacteria. I wasn’t aware that it had anti viral properties but it seems logical.

The virus seems to be mainly spread by air though so sterilising handrails will hopefully be useful (and not just against Covid19) but not hugely significant.

Looks like sunbathing might again become acceptable. ?

Does this mean that being orange is about to become fashionable?
