Delicious dose of Vitamin Sea today!

Having heard from dd who was there last weekend, dh and I spent the afternoon at the beach near Worthing (NOT remotely crowded, before anyone has a go) - it was gorgeous. Sea was almost Caribbean-warm and calm. Went in 3 times.
Might well go again if this weather lasts much longer.

It was an hour and a half’s drive each way, @Oopsadaisy - we’re in sweltering SW London - but most def. worth it!

I ve been swimming each day for the last week beautiful beautiful North Sea like a mill pond tonight and very very warm The safest place to be in the fresh air and sunshine, getting all my vitamin D
