Wonderful actress - so watchable in everything she did. Just seen her as Tricky Woo's owner in the new All Creatures .... Sadly missed.

So sad. I have been enjoying her as Trickie Pooh’s ‘mother’ in the new All Creatures Great &Small. She must have become ill very soon after making that. I know it was a short illness.
I loved her in the Avengers too and many other roles after that.

Yes, one of her best roles. I mentioned it on the other thread.

She was intelligent, beautiful and never flaunted herself as I could see. I still get a bit taken aback when my near contemporaries die.

Yes, it is sad BlueSky but as you say inevitable. I loved The Avengers and was allowed to stay up late on Saturdays especially to watch it.

Just a feeling of sadness that all these people we followed and loved in our younger days are passing away. Guess it's inevitable.
