What would you do?

If you were staying in a holiday cottage, would you the first night lock all the doors and put the keys in ‘a safe place’ without disclosing any of your activities to the other occupant?

Yes - I asked him this morning how I would have let the ambulance staff in or fled the fire if he’d been unconscious ??

Well I recently had a family holiday and now I think about it my GS locked up after I’d gone to bed and I wouldn’t of known where the keys were.
Did it happen to you?

Yes - see xed post?Luckily we survived and have agreed on a place to put the keys ( me I’d leave them in the lock)

Oh dear, that might possibly be something that I would do, I would tell DH where the keys had been put, but he wouldn’t remember or hear me tell him ( he isn’t going deaf you understand, it’s that I don’t speak clearly anymore, grrrr).
In future I’ll leave keys in locks.

If we ever go away again.......
