I often write a long reply then don’t post it, sometimes it’s enough to just write it down, then I find that someone else has said the same thing. So I don’t feel so bad at what I was thinking.

Maybe don’t do GN and alcohol at the same time though.

Fanny, why don't you send a PM apologising to the recipient of your comments? I did see the comments and think that would be the right thing to do.
It may be difficult, but I'm sure it would help the poster to have the confidence to post again in the future.
We all do stupid things, but everyone has been kind to you, so you know there is no problem continuing on GN.

As Bluebelle has said, painkillers and alcohol are not a good mix. Neither is being on GN and drinking alcohol at the same time. A former poster used to come on late at night and posted. ? Not a wise move.
