After reading about this I just had to try it. The suggestions were interesting. Apparently, I should think about either joining the Marines or being a prison governor. Quite an authoritarian theme emerged until I read on and found that I could be a chef or manage an estate. Hmmmm. Just as well I'm retired. I don't think I'm quite fit enough for the marines and I don't cook at all!

In other words it is absolutely useless. There was someone on the radio yesterday who said it suggested they re-train as a Boxer! hmm

I just took the test - it suggested I'd be good with social care, healthcare, animal care. Absolutely spot on for me. I've worked in the health and social care sector for 23 years, although I wish I'd had the chance to work with animals.

It told me:

you like dealing with complicated problems or working with numbers...I'd answered that I didn't like working with numbers or solving complicated problems

you are motivated, set yourself personal goals and are comfortable competing with other people..I had answered 'it depends' for personal goals and that I wasn't competitive

you enjoy helping and listening to other people...I had answered 'it depends'.

It recommended:
Community development worker...I don't like confrontation and that comes with the territory because you can't please everyone.

Social services manager...I don't like telling people what to do or being in charge.

Has the test worked? No way!!!!!

I’ve just completed it. I thought it came out as quite accurate, although I had put a lot of ‘it depends’ in my answers.

Happily retired, don’t really know what I would want to do if I were young.
