What am I doing next Thursday?

I often puzzle over a bit of scribble on the calendar, written months ago, no idea what it relates to until it’s too late.

Oh kitty, I tend to write things on the calendar in shorthand.
I found WC on the calendar and couldn't make my mind up whether there was a problem with it or whether I was going to clean it. DH asked me if I had paid the window cleaner as he noticed I had written WC on the calendar.

Well, at least with the lock down you can relax in the knowledge that if it were for that big event you were doing all the catering for in the village hall - its been cancelled.
