The more tenuous and obscure the better!
My aunty went out with the bloke who designed * both*
A) the Cadbury's Chocolate Orange packaging, and
B) Buzby, the British Telecom mascot

And yes, Callistemon, I did think: shock

twinnytwin Mon 23-Nov-20 11:16:34

An ex boyfriend (I was between husbands) was friends with the girl who sang on the Communards hit "Don't Leave Me This Way". Her name was Sarah Jane Morris but I've had to look that up just now.

Callistemon Mon 23-Nov-20 11:01:00

I have another one but I'll save it for the next thread!

What next thread, she asks?

FannyCornforth Mon 23-Nov-20 10:57:46

lesleybs Mon 23-Nov-20 10:53:52

I know i am late in this, but here goes, les from the bay city rollers once stood on my foot in leeds. My dads work mate lived next door to patrick stewart? ( captain pickard on star trek} & they got very drunk on whisky. Ken Dodd wanted to marry my aunty ( he was already married at the time). Lucy Pargeter (Chas Dingle) lived near my cousin and went to her garden party. I once sat next to one of the gorillas from planet of the apes. My male cousin was good friends with roddy mcdowel and had him as a house guest when he visited from america.

One particular useless, half-arsed connection is in the lead - but remember, every vote counts!

Final three will be announced tomorrow, Monday 23rd 12pm.

I trust the losers will instruct lawyers ASAP - the whole process has been mail in and not only that, there have been no observers at all of the process. Goodness knows what chicanery FC will have been up to.
