That seems reasonable enough if it is just that you no longer require it.
Different matter it it was faulty of course.

Bought an item which we no longer require.
When we tried to return the said item,we had to pay the postage to have it returned to the country in Europe.
So just a note of caution if you aware of any large and heavy item coming from outside of the U.K. and you want to return the item
You may be liable for the return postage.
