M&S website

I managed to get an online advisor chat and they gave me a telephone number to do my order . The telephone assistant couldn't get it to work on click and collect either so she gave me free delvery. All done very quickly. Apparently they are having technical difficulties.

I think a lot of sites are busy this weekend due to Black Friday offers. Yesterday there was a queue to get onto the Curry's site so this maybe the issue.

Its not working on my phone or laptop Kseniya. I think it must be a problem with the website.

either the site crashed or on your end it crashed. have you tried the easiest ways to help? rebooting your device for example often helps
