They have asked me for those details when I have genuinely won on here, so it's probably not a scam. If in doubt, ask admin on the competitions thread.

Don’t laugh gransneters please! I’ve just received an email from gransnet stating I have to send my name and address to gransnet , I’ve never won anything in my life, with all the scams about how will I know if genuine
