Cold draughty feeling on legs

Actually, was glad to read this, because now and again I experience the same thing, but not really a draught, more a feeling of chills from the ankles upwards, and warmth seems to be the key, if sitting watching tv or reading I have found a fleecy throw, doubled up on my legs banishes this feeling, so it would seem that it’s to do with circulation.Warm socks ( but not tight ones) help too.

I don't want to worry you and I am not an expert, but if you're feeling something that isn't there, I would check the nerves in your legs. Also the circulation. Can you feel it if you poke yourself, or stroke the place which feels cold? Does walking about help?

I used to sit in my living room in the evening and be totally warm except for my legs. I even had a fleece blanket over my lap..........then I put thermal leggings under my trousers and now my legs are nice and warm.
Try it it might sort out your chilly legs smile

I get it, but it’s because my DH opens the air vents above the windows. He thinks I won’t notice but I’m sensitive to these feelings.

I keep getting this sensation of a cold feeling in my legs, it’s like I’m sitting in a draught. It’s driving me potty, I keep thinking someone has left a window open but no one has! I’m menopausal and don’t know if it’s connected. My menopause symptoms are quite mild otherwise so I’m lucky in that respect. Has anyone had this and know what it is?
