Apparently I have a friend(named ) who has been kidnapped in Kenya and needs money for his ransom. This friend frequently gets kidnapped !

I keep getting scams claiming to be from Talk Talk wanting access to my computer as they have found a problem. I haven't been with them for years.

I had one from Halifax. I haven't had an account with them for years. I deleted it.

Irisruby which is currently advertising on this site is also a scam

Reading the reviews it's a Chinese company connected to one that has been mentioned here before

Read the reviews they are shocking

We had one from Santander, we had an account with them some years ago, but not now, I assume that’s where they got our address from.

However on the bright side, in Africa there is approx £7million pounds just waiting for me to send my account details........win win!

Just received a text from HSBC saying someone was trying to use our account. We do not have an HSBC account so I knew it was false.

Watch out in case you do bank with HSBC and you think it is bona fide when it isn’t.
