Princess Charlene (of the part shaved head) is Prince Albert’s wife. Daughter in law of Princess Grace.

Maybe she just felt like a change.

I was beyond shocked when I first saw her pic. Whatever has possessed her ?
Unless she's got her late mother's genes because Grace suffered some sort of problems and became the black sheep of the family as her father had disagreed with the future that she was taking in the film industry.
