We used to celebrate DH’s mum’s birthday. She is no longer with us but a nice walk in the fresh air to blow away the Christmas excess seems the norm now.

No much. Because I did a vegetarian roast yesterday as my son and d.i.l. are veggies, I am cooking a roast chicken today just for me! But there are a few left over bits from yesterday so I'll use those.
