Thank you so much for all of your kind messages- I actually had to spend around 20 minutes stating why I wanted Tara euthanased. I was not indecisive but I still heard the rigmarole of increasing her drugs, more tests etc and she had jumped off the table and flopped on the floor. The vet was lovely and I suppose only doing her job but I thought I had explained rather well my reasons. She had also lost more weight since seen on Saturday and had not eaten or drunk anything here for a couple of days.

It is actually a lovely memory, seeing her lying there asleep and all pain was now gone. I loved her to bits and she knew it.

Marydoll please get better very soon- you are missed.

A belated good morning! Marydoll has been in touch with me to ask if I can let you know that she's currently in hospital, having been admitted overnight. She's in good hands and will be in touch asap. If I hear anything further, I'll come back to let you all know but she's specifically asked me to send you all her love.

Just popped back to say we have had good news this morning. Mum and dad will get their first vaccinations on Thursday. I didn’t realise how emotional I have been feeling, I literally sobbed with joy

My post disappeared! Hello from a white north of Scotland. Ashcombe. Thank you for the image. I have the pastry resting ready for my “galette des rois” Cake of the Kings to go in the oven. I love that the Epiphany is celebrated in France.
