I've received a few messages asking to continue the 1000 words thread. It has obviously given many people pleasure and some positivity. For anyone who doesn't know, posters come on with their photographs of pretty much anything and we take it from there. Nature is always a good one.

She has kept me going over the last year, always there, always happy.

Brilliant namsnanny! Sheep have to be substantial in The North to withstand the cold! Ellianne smile

There was quite a flock of them, having a rafting down, but I just caught one or two.

Namsnanny Fri 22-Jan-21 20:14:37

Yes I can see them Callistemon They will be the only things enjoying the weather!

Namsnanny Fri 22-Jan-21 20:08:12

Two Amaryllis which should have flowered over Christmas.
I had them in the boiler room to encourage them to flower but they took their own sweet time!

And some bright scented daffs.

Callistemon Fri 22-Jan-21 15:56:10

I should have added that I hope no-one on here is affected by the floods.

Callistemon Fri 22-Jan-21 15:55:15

Here's a river in full flow after the rains, all the rainwater will be pouring down from the hills and mountains. If you look closely at the second photo you will see a seagull rafting down the river on some twigs, they were thoroughly enjoying themselves.

Namsnanny Fri 22-Jan-21 14:33:37
