Hello Everyone! smile

Thank you for joining in with the last ATPBYAQ flowers

Welcome to a new Lockdown Special - ask the person below you a question!

Questions can be related to 'the current climate' or, if you are heartily sick to death of all that, can be to do with anything at all.

Q: What is your favourite thing about lockdown?

FannyCornforth Sat 13-Mar-21 02:13:38

I've done it! A few months ago.
I used a product by Rimmel (I think). You painted it on, it was a gel consistency, waited half an hour and then peeled it off. You were left with a semipermanent stain.
It was quite successful to be honest!
The gel was good - I don't think I'd bother with the stencil though, it was difficult to hold it in place and get it flat.
I'll have another go when I start wearing makeup again.

Can you think of a compliment that you have been paid recently, or even not so recently?

Bellanonna Fri 12-Mar-21 23:40:16

No, just used to mascara my own

Would you consider stencilling your eyebrows?

hollysteers Fri 12-Mar-21 17:33:40

Son’s breech birth (posterior presentation really) in RC nursing home. Should have been in hospital.

Do you ever wear false eyelashes?

Patsy70 Fri 12-Mar-21 17:15:28

I’m very fortunate as my son and daughter and their families live nearby, so I meet with each of them for dog walks and to exchange treats (home baked bread and cakes) during weekends.

What is the scariest experience you ever had?

Kim19 Fri 12-Mar-21 16:47:59

Yes. Billy Connelly was a support act in a basement nightclub I attended. Hilarious!

When did you last see any of your children in the flesh?

lovebeigecardigans1955 Fri 12-Mar-21 13:02:34

I've two, the dentist and the hairdresser. I've been cutting my own hair but I can't do my own dentistry.

Concert-going: have you ever seen a support artist and thought, 'they're going places'? Mine was Chris Rea - you could tell he was going to be special.

Billybob4491 Fri 12-Mar-21 08:49:18

Two really Shinamae, Bette Davis and Joan Crawford

What is top of your priority list once Lockdown is lifted?

Shinamae Fri 12-Mar-21 08:44:56

Philip Schofield

Favourite Hollywood actress past or present

Lexisgranny Thu 11-Mar-21 22:51:10

I am not good with my hair unless I have a very good cut, so the answer is a resounding Yes.

Is there any individual whom you always turn off when he/she appears on your TV screen?

Mollygo Thu 11-Mar-21 21:48:17

Yes I always give up chocolate and put the money saved into the collection.

Do you like your Covid hairstyle or are you desperate for a cut?

Bellanonna Thu 11-Mar-21 20:27:10

Lifts. I’m afraid the door might not open

Did you give anything up for Lent?

hollysteers Thu 11-Mar-21 19:32:40

Good health for all the family.

Have you watched Spiral?

FannyCornforth Thu 11-Mar-21 16:30:02

I don't have any. I last saw my dad in September. I speak with him every day.

Do you enjoy any reality TV? If so which one/s? (GBBO and stuff like that included)

Kim19 Thu 11-Mar-21 16:19:47

Never.

When did you last see any of your children?

lovebeigecardigans1955 Thu 11-Mar-21 12:02:30

I wear socks and I'm very partial to knee-high ones as they're so cosy. The shops are full of ankle ones which simply don't fill the bill so have knitted my own since the (2nd?) lockdown.
Wear bedsocks if it's very cold.

Do you ever wear baseball caps?

henetha Thu 11-Mar-21 10:00:38

Type them. Didn't realise you could speak them.

Do you wear socks? Bedsocks? Colourful socks?
Trainer shoe socks?

Mollygo Thu 11-Mar-21 09:05:32

Do I snore? I’ve never heard myself!??

Do you type your posts or use the microphone to speak them in to save time?

Shinamae Thu 11-Mar-21 08:08:02

?? that was just meant to be do you snore the politician bit was picked up off the TV!!

Shinamae Thu 11-Mar-21 08:07:26

Not locally but have always done and will continue to do staycations

Do you snore a politician

nanna8 Thu 11-Mar-21 08:05:40

Taught myself to make a patchwork quilt

Are you going to holiday more locally when you are free?

Billybob4491 Wed 10-Mar-21 18:13:00

No not really felt life was very much on hold.

Did you learn any new skills in lockdown?

BBbevan Wed 10-Mar-21 18:05:08
