Marydoll
Welcome back and you must be so relieved to be home again after what sounds like a very scary time.

It is GN at it's best, isn't it! Despite the sometimes fractious posts (perhaps understandable at the moment), at its heart are a group of kind women (and men!) who do care about other Gransnetters and it's heartening to see this in action.

Take care and get well soon.

Marydoll, I missed this completely. So sorry, I'd have been in touch. I've had my own medical stuff going on, been a bit preoccupied and less on gransnet.
So good to hear you are home and hope you're well.

Can I add my good wishes for your recovery marydoll?

Apologies I had no idea. Must be on different threads. Glad you are out of hospital and wishing all the best for 2021.

To all those who have posted supportive messages and sent kind PMs in the last days, after my scary stay in hospital this week, I cannot find the words to say how much it has meant to me at a very low point.

I'm overwhelmed, but just can't find the energy to reply to all the PMs at the moment, so please don't think I'm ignoring you all.

This is GN at it's very best, when there have been some not so nice moments recently.

My special thanks to my pal, Chewbacca, who took the time to let my GN pals know, why I had vanished.

To the lurkers (I don't really like that word), who have never posted before, you have left me speechless with your kindness. ?
