Mountain Warehouse has some excellent clearance bargains. Otherwise I try to avoid febrile consumerism.

I got some lovely Christy towels with 70% off from Brand Alley.

The Joe Brown website has some lovely dresses in its daily deals. I really like the red and black one reduced from £50 to £18.....but I didn't go anywhere to wear it before lockdown let alone now!

Just found this in my phone gallery. A bit out of season now and only darkly amusing but I love it that someone planning the lights hadn't realised that Ho Ho Ho turns into Oh Oh Oh from the other side.

Debenhams have some good bargains. I bought walking boots( hope they fit) reduced from£100 to £50 and a super king duvet cover from £88 to £38. ???

I've just increased my shoe collection from Hotter who have a good sale on at the minute 2 x ballerina's one pair for summer at £19 and one pair for everyday at £29.

I just bought a small non stick frying pan (20cm) from Marks and Spencer ... for £5! It's absolutely brilliant quality and perfect for omelettes etc and small portions of anything. These are strange times we are living in .. who'd have thought I'd get so excited about a frying pan?!
