Zeus and Hera........a heady heavenly mix of ouzo,poteen,
Ginger beer and Persil ( cleans you inside and out)
Plato’s Philosophy..... a calming and innovative brew of Old Peculiar beer, pernod, elderflower fizz and a splash of bleach.

Hi everyone I’m really looking forward to this Greek Nite special. I’ve never been to Greece so I’m not sure what to expect. Culture?

I’ll head over to the bar and see if one of the hunky barmen will pour me a cocktail. It’s really something in here tonight isn’t it? Someone’s been busy. Not me.

The buffet is underway, the hummus is humming due to out of date ingredients, the pita bread is pitted due to roadworks outside. The eggplant dip is not as good as it should be since the sous chef threw a dozen boiled eggs in, just can’t get the staff.
The Greek salad looks amazing thank you Lemon and will be perfect with the vinaigrette which contains lemon juice, minced gargle, mustard and bits of paper. Sous chef again, I said oregano not origami.
The new kitchen roll is not the best even though it’s called Abzorba.
My cocktail Little Greek Thrush consists of ouzo, white wine and canestan.

BigBertha1 the bar is always open. I have pored you a pint of ouzo.

Sorry lemon it was me who brought Gnasher to the Argy all those years ago. I had ordered a gold lame outfit and they sent me a llama. Now there are four of them.
I will be Athena. I have made my dress out of a pair of Doodle's old bloomers. I hope they were old?
