My mistake was adding my “Good Evening” message to Meg’s thread because by deleting it, all your friendly enquiries also went down the gurgler.
My message was typically not a one-liner and took some time and effort to compose. consisting of some items I felt would be of interest to some members.
, but it’s tricky trying to cater for all tastes.
I wish HQ would limit deletions to the bits considered to be outside guidelines i.e. selective editing and leave “newsy” bits alone!
Anyway, now pressing on hoping to survive. 
Heard that numbers at the Open tennis were down on opening day today, not unexpectedly, but have not seen the attendance figures yet. Panic stations again with another member of hotel quarantine staff testing positive.
