Motivation

It made it more fun than just saying ‘I’ll climb up and down stairs for some exercise”. Obviously I don’t know your DH but it sounds like a good idea to me ?

Love it Blossoming That would take me forever. I thought it might motivate DH, being able to track where he had reached and look round at the street view on the way to Machu Picchu.

I haven’t tried these but I made one of my own. I worked out know many staircases were the equivalent of Ben Nevis and climbed it in my own home ?
