And, just seen the title is wrong.
A time when I wasn't exactly a proof reader.

We often have my famous ‘chicken thing’ everyone knows what it is , but it’s just a long list of ingredients rather than an actual recipe name.
To go with it I usually do the ‘pastry type thing that Grandma did ‘ they all know what that is too, again no actual name.
Most other ‘things’ have an actual name.
