Good Evening;
Here we go again! Number of +ve cases has jumped to 15 and now appears to be increasing by 5 each day!
S. Australia has closed its borders to Melbourne again so the risk of being trapped on the wrong side of the border returns, should a sudden lockdown occur.
More long queues again today for testing

Aveline Seems like you had one of those days you can look back on later and laugh!
What’s wrong with going from lunch to lunch? Sounds like a posh version of meals on wheels!
Thought you’d be interested in how the other half lives!. I took delivery of my meals on wheels today; A weeks supply of frozen dishes; popped into the freezer. grin

rafichagran You and Vera would have had a great time weeping together over dramas such as “Downton Abbey’ and that other one with that slimy character Obediah Slope!
We had another good TV drama this evening; a forensic examination of Jack the Ripper’s antics.
Talking “fry-ups” my brand new Air Fryer will be starting up soon as I’ve discovered its workshop manual; Scottish eggs look appetising.

Jaxjacky you’re missing out on the therapeutic benefits of digging if you’re delegating the job to a third party whilst you’re out lunching. Is the Govt. still offering the £10
voucher scheme? Would explain why so many are out lunching.

Megs You’ve had a rough trot with anniversaries being affected by Covid restrictions, but this might well be the way of the future, Are the Wedding plans secure after last years postponement!?
My entry into the Greatgrandad Club is due any day now; it may be delayed but can’t be postponed, so get ready to charge your glasses for a toast and I’ll take a guess as to which day your BIG birthday occurs next week; a toast a day might cover it! hmm

Lots of hype about the full super moon eclipse this evening, but Mother Nature thought otherwise and provided ten-tenths cloud cover.

Good Health wine wine wine

June is a massive birthday month for us, theBig one is June 6th. (Eldest son) the Wedding isJuly1st (his son). Should have been June last year. Hope it goes ahead??, I seem to got all pessimistic lately.
Enjoy your fry ups, love them, often have ‘all day breakfast’ for our evening meal?
Hope that there virus gets a kicking soon, trust no lockdown any time soon.

Hi Rufus, there will always be digging, but this help means the weed strewn unattended plot I took over should now be manageable. No ‘eat out’ this year, today was at a friends house, with another friend, not seen the hostess for a year, lots to catch up on (she didn’t mention a £10 fee anyway!). No rain today, none forecast for a while and dizzy heights of 20+ over the weekend. My glass will be poised for your momentous entry to the ggp club, hope all goes well and you can celebrate accordingly.
Take care ?

Hi Rufus2. Sounds like things are getting out of hand in Melbourne. Are vaccines available? Surely you'd be top of the list.
Had to have lunch at home today ?.
Low calorie 'pizza' style item for supper tonight. Enjoy your (air)fry up. Scotch eggs might be tricky.
Good chat on zoom session today which was interesting.
Stay safe.
