He can't be re-tried for this particular case but can he be for all the other accusations against him?

Cosby had plea-bargained with a previous prosecutor to give evidence on condition that it was not used to convict him. It was subsequently used as evidence against him to secure a conviction, which has now been declared invalid, (is my understanding of the American 'legalese'. )
So, released on a legal technicality.

I think he cant be tried again. The woman who played his wife in the Cosby show said she was so pleased and he was innocent! Really?

His release is something to do with a deposition he made earlier where he admitted drugging women according to what I have just read, which may or may not be true.

It was his arrogance and flat out dismissal and denial of his victims that angered me. I'd love to see him jailed for the rest of his miserable life.

I’m not sure. They haven’t said that he is not guilty, but some deal was done with the prosecution and Cosby ages ago. I m not up with it though.

Is there a possibility that he will face a retrial if it was a legal technicality? Surely he will?

He hasn’t been exonerated, it is apparently that the prosecution made a serious error.

I didnt think those woman had lied! I just dont know how he got out. Weinstein will be next.

Not necessarily. It states that his conviction is being overturned due to a 'process violation' by the prosecution.

My understanding is that he is being freed on some procedural technicality and not to do with people telling lies or not.
