Clean smart pyjamas every night (in case I die in the bed ?)

I always tidy the bedroom at night just in case....

Leggings and camisole with a cardigan for lounging, nothing in bed. Also have a thick fleece dressing gown for winter and a flowery cotton one for summer.

I wear PJs with pants underneath. I prefer legging or jogger style bottoms (as I’m short and soft ankle cuffs work better for me than the wider flappy too long bottoms) and pull on tee shirt style tops.I sometimes wear short tee shirt style nighties in hot weather.

Nightie in the summer, pjs in winter always with knickers underneath.

Jim jams and panties cotton in summer fleecy in winter. Just put teddy bear duvet covers on the beds hate being cold.

I always wear an oversized t-shirt & pants during the night when in bed,during the day if I am not going out anywhere I like to wear a nice pair of PJs I own quite a few sets that are very comfy for lounging in.
As for after toilet drips rocking back & forth for a couple of minutes solves the problem as it empties the bladder completely and solves any problems I was told to do this by my urologist years ago and it has always worked well.

Can't stand wearing anything in bed, but lounge in soft pj bottoms and t shirt.

I wear a cotton nightie with pants underneath, whatever the season. I wear a thin pantie pad in my pants as I have a slight dripping problem after having a wee too.

Re breaking wind in bed - the makers of wind filtering underwear, Shreddies, have started making bedding too.

Pyjamas in the mornings and evenings - but sleep nude except on the coldest nights, when I wear a long sleeved t-shirt.

I can't see the point of nighties, as my legs get chilly when I'm out of bed. I couldn't sleep in one, either, as it'd get all tangled up every time I turn over. (Thankfully, no dripping problem here - urggh)

Well this is a bit of a revelation. Do some women really wear pjs or nighties with pants underneath? I would have thought that most uncomfortable and awful for your health.
No night attire is worn in this house though I have a few nighties for when I am staying in other people’s homes.

Never owned a nightie. Always wear pyjamas before bed, but I take them off before I go to sleep.

Nighties for me, with a robe for lounging around.

I'll get some stick for this I suppse. DH prefers me to wear eighties to enable access!

Night dresses for me, pyjamas make me feel bundled up.

Exactly rafichagran I need to move my legs around and feel claustrophobic with PJs

Anyway presumable if the nightie is long enough it will cover your bits, it was aimed at naked sleepers.
