I placed an order and heard nothing for a few weeks and then received an e-mail to say it was on the way. I then had an e-mail from Yodel to say they would be delivering a parcel on a certain date. Nothing arrived.
I then e-mailed Culture Vulture to advise I had not received the parcel. They replied saying it had not been despatched! There was a delay and it would be with me soon.
A week later I received another e-mail from CV saying the parcel had been despatched. I subsequently received an e-mail from Yodel on the Saturday morning and entering my postcode in the tracker, it said the parcel would be delivered on the Monday.
I then received another e-mail from Yodel on the Saturday, early afternoon saying the parcel had been delivered. It had not. So I e-mailed CV to ask them to enquire of Yodel where was my parcel?
Monday morning, knock at door, parcel was delivered. I subsequently received an e-mail from CV saying basically, no idea, we use Royal Mail, not Yodel!
I had no other online orders outstanding and so remain confused.
Has anyone else had problems with ordering from Culture Vulture? I'm reluctant to ever do so again.
