My longish hall. I live in a bungalow with every room off the central hall. I'd love a Bailey's hot chocolate Iam64. Or one with added Tia Maria.

S cuse me folks, I’ve been introduced to Bailey’s Hot Chocolate by my youngest. Phew - I’ve led a sheltered life. Would anyone else like one.

Teeny hallway into living room, this is first bit seen on entering, cosy and warm!

Urmstongran I haven’t enjoyed a thread so much for ages, especially your thoughtful and personalised replies.
This morning it is a sheet of ice on the pavement and road outside my wee hoose. So I took the photo of my hall from inside. The other view is as you turn into lounge. Kettle just boiled and I have a nice granary loaf to toast. Come on in for a blether.

A warm tidy hallway, leading towards the kitchen area. That door is closed but as it’s 3/4 way glass, you will see a giant one year old lab and his 3 year old spaniel companion doing synchronised jumping and barking.
I know, shameful - one of them has worked out how to open the child gate on the utility which is where they go to settle down before meeting visitors ?

I'm waiting for Mr MDoll to move the boxes of the new lounge lights we purchased today, then I will post my photo. You may have a long wait. He needed smelling salts, when he heard what the final bill was!

4allweknow Thank you, it’s a Victorian town house on 3 floors.
The house has a lovely warm feel, the walls have absorbed lots of joy over the decades.
We bought it 11 years ago and have been very happy here.
