My DD always sent cards to her Grandmar. Now I am getting cards from DG to my lovely Grandmar. A family trate passed on, unfortunately. She also tries to type and she got a lovely pair of willies the other week she meant wellies and the auto-correct had changed it. My other GD has taken to calling herself .......the great, unfortunately, she put her name last on the Christmas card and wrote grate.smile

I have a card from my DD which I treasure. It said - in her best new joined-up writing: "A cuddle and a piss to my lovely Mummy." I am assuming she meant kiss smile

Tricky language, English. Words like cough, though, bough and through. All end in the same 4 letters but sound different.

Gdd (6) had evidently got the hang of right, night, high, etc., because the other day she wrote, ‘This morning I had a frighd egg.’
