What events do you see yourself competing in (even winning?)

I’d be a sure fire winner at the Extended Hop Race when the zip gets stuck on my second boot.
The Open Downhill -whether on a tea tray or just down the stairs might also be one for me.
Finally the DGC ‘s Toys and Lego on the carpet slalom (especially in bare feet)

The 100 Metre Dash.... to the loo.

I'd have a go at extreme ironing (where they do it on top of a mountain and the like) I wouldn't know where to plug it in, though.

Building snowmen: my grand daughter always says hers is better.

Watching speed walking at the (summer) Olympics has always reminded me of that walk we do to the loo to try not to break into a run!
Well,: me anyway!

Night time loo rush whilst not treading on the dog. I could win that any night.

I hold the gold medal for the Procrastination Slump. Anyone wishing to challenge me will have to wait until . . .

I'm very good at dodge the lava with DGS2 age 3. Maybe not so good at Winter Olympics ? My poor couch, chairs and cushions!

MiniMoon Sun 13-Feb-22 19:55:35

Figure skating on the ice outside the garden gate. Poor style points due to fall.

The Big Air- especially after beans.

To digress slightly, apparently the Winter Olympics have been disrupted by snow ☃️☃️☃️
Yes, snow at the Winter Olympics - whoulda thunk it? ??⛷??⛸

The fast sprint to the loo.

The Open Downhill -whether on a tea tray or just down the stairs might also be one for me.
I hold the world record but I'm happy for anyone to beat me!

ixion Sun 13-Feb-22 16:48:52

The moguls (the bumpy one).

Previous experience for qualification-
Driving half a mile on a flat back tyre last week, wondering where the noise was coming from?

MountainAsh Sun 13-Feb-22 16:29:53

The dash to get the washing in. Penalties for any dropped pegs. Claim a world record if you finish before the rain starts.
