I don't think so,
but if I ever have to have another late night,I will use the formula again.

That’s good news infoman.
I wonder if your late night might help to reset your body clock?

Well as you can see by the time,
I have managed to get through to the end of the function.
Sauna on friday morning
sleep and rest in the afternoon
Chicken and scrambled eggs in the late part of the afternoon.
I did not drink any booze, water only, which meant I could drive to the event and back using my own car.
Thanks to everyone for their advice.

A short walk in the fresh air followed by a shower, hair wash and fresh clothes.
Double espresso, light protein meal, and good to go.
i.e pretend that you are starting the day again.

I used to work shifts, one being 8-1 followed by returning at 10pm the same day though till 8am and this method worked for me.

Work pattern for over 30 years and I can't do anything about it.

why do you get up at 4am?

Could you manage a nap earlier in the day? That is what I do.
I hope you enjoy your special event.

Would a nap in the afternoon help? Definitely caffeine so coffee or strong tea.
