Shopping for cereal with DD who couldn't eat wheat,

Have you ever said something so daft then wondered why you did?
A friend told me that she's going to see our home town's football team play in Blackpool. I said "Oh, who are they playing?" ( .......... erm, Blackpool you fool grin)
