Good morning all from a very sunny Glasgow, but it's only two degrees here.
Pleased to hear you are on the mend Mick and hopefully, now that you have seen your GP, he will get the bottom of things.
I just need to say, it is so lovely to see Nan Kate, one of our original GM thread posters, back on the thread. I have missed you!
It's so uplifting to hear news of all the family gatherings and outings. Brighton, is a place I have always wanted to see. I always think, it seems such a vibrant place.
For those having boosters in the next few days, fingers crossed for little side effects.
Apparently, after getting my fourth one in February, I have been advised, that will be now offered a fifth one in the coming months.
On a positive note, for those posters concerned about side effects, after experiencing extreme reactions with the first two, which put me in bed for weeks, the effects have greatly lessened. Hopefully, it will be the same for others.
I am in the bad books this morning. ☹ I experienced an episode of night terrors last night, which gave DH such a fright.
Its been a while since I experienced such an episode.
I can't figure what caused it, but according to DH, I was screaming. It has left me quite discombobulated, this morning.
It could be guilt, caused by me making a detour into the clothes aisles in Sainsbury's yesterday.
In my defence, I did also pick up items for Dollie and DH. I was delighted with my half price haul, which I actually didn't need!. ? Maria, your warning was too late! ?
A busy day busy day ahead for me, a Safeguarding course, as legislation in Scotland has changed, then a catch up with one of the attendees, who is an old classmate.
After that, I will need to cover the Saturday Vigil Mass sacristan, who seems to have dropped under the radar.
Have the best day you can, everyone. For those unable to enjoy the day, due to illness or family worries, a virtual hug and my best wishes for a peaceful day.
