Good Morning everyone from a still cold (but sunny) south coast .-2.0c but the sun will soon change that.

Dil came early evening yesterday after sailing at her club and had a meal with us. It was good to catch up on all her doings. She is doing her course on Chichester Harbour today before returning home to Essex.

I am not feeling too well this morning after struggling for a few days so must take a LFT (just to check) then take it easy today.

Hope things remain manageable Mattie and the District Nurse visit provides the support you need. flowers

Take care everyone and have the best day you can. sunshine

Good morning from a grey E Kent. Less cold.
My life is becoming like Marydoll, nothing is simple; everything takes on a life of its own and becomes a novella. So was getting antibiotics for DH.
We had a delicious Persian chicken with harissa rice for dinner. It is a pleasure to see DH’s enjoyment of food return.
Early church, then long visit from lovely district nurse. Perhaps someone will visit… next week is filling up. Tomorrow, I must make a much postponed appointment with the solicitor to update our Wills.
I hope today is kind to you all. Carpe diem. ?????❤️
