Lads are coming to clean my car - how much would you oay them.

Here's the scenario:
- car has not been cleaned for an eternity - it has its own ecosystem growing round the windows!
- it needs cleaning inside and out.
- I had expected one lad, but he is bringing his mate.
- I had expected to pay one lad £20.
- they are age 13.

What do you think would be fair?

£10 each seems fine to me.

Yes £20 seems ok. Can’t think you’d get it done elsewhere for any les than that.

There are loads of hand wash car washes, they do an amazing job, and change £10

I gave them a tenner each and a small bag of little Easter eggs! They seemed quite happy with that and have made a good job of it.
