Did your state pension go up this week?

My pension from the bank I worked for, only part time but Idid lots of overtime which was not taken into account for my pension , have given me £3 odd more per month but they are now charging me £9 per month for the fancy account I had for free for many years . We do use the travel insurance breakdown help etc. so worth keeping .

They have also stopped all preferential rates for foreign currency and cut our staff interest rate so they have taken away far more than they have given me .

I’ll have to go online and check my bank statement - I need to order bark for the garden - it will probably go towards that ?

I haven’t noticed anything different. Perhaps someone has pinched it!

I paid Graduated Contributions on top and that portion has gone up by 8p a week.

Mine went on on 11/04 so no change yet but I have had a notification from the DWP.

Goes up on the 15th not in……

Mine goes in on the 15th nearly £5 extra per month.

I’m not going to let it change me, I will remain grounded.

Thanks, hopefully his will go up next month, although he thought it would be up this week, as it was two days after April 11th. Not going to be much by the sound of things!

Our gas bill was £1,000! DH has now got me wrapped in a rug to watch tv.

Mine went up nearly £5 I was surprised it was that much.

If mine went up this week I never noticed so it can't be much can it ? I did notice my energy had gone up by £42.00 though.

Mine's gone in this month and has gone up £1.13 per week and my DH's has had an increase of £5.15. He deferred his pension for 4 years. Good decision!

Mine went in today. A huge increase of £3.33. Today the phone and broadband increased by £5. The electricity has just gone up by £30 a month. No doubt other increases to follow (gas, water, council tax). Hmm....

Its from the 11th so it will be on next months
