Phonetic spellings of business names - e.g. KwikFit, Super Cutz, XYZ Carz. They instantly lose any potential business from me. And don't even get me started on rogue apostrophes grin. Apple's, potato's or pear's.

Oh, and those drivers that don't acknowledge me letting them out of a junction, or waiting until they pass a row of parked cars.

Sneezes.

3/4 people standing at the top of an escalator chatting as if they are the only ones on the planet, to the detriment of those falling off the top step!

I say "owers" because I am Scottish. The way English people pronounce 'hours' as if it were "ars" is lazy.

People on Location Location Location saying 'property' instead of 'house'.

People who say 'owers' instead of 'hours', including presenters on tv and radio, who really should know better! IMO.

A few of us, all female, went out for a meal after work recently and as we entered the restaurant, the person said 'Hi guy's be with you in a second'.
We were seated when the person returned saying 'What can I get you guy's to drink?'.

Please...I loathe it!

I don't mind adults choosing to freeze as they dress pretty for Eastertide but I can't forget seeing a poor wee kid pale with cold in a pushchair and wearing only frilly frillies.

Hair for me too kircubbin but for a different reason. I have no hair and during the pandemic, I was sick and tired of people complaining that they couldn't get to the hairdresser as their hair was a mess. Several posts on here about it. I felt like screaming 'BE GRATEFUL'. Yes I know that's unreasonable.

Some of these annoying things may reduce our options. For instance if an estate agent does not understand apostrophes in his Rightmove entry I think twice about his ability as an estate agent.

Again when someone says "passed" when they mean died they may be unable to accept death and loss.

Hair annoys me for some reason. Since lockdown all the schoolgirls seem to have hair down to their waists. The oldies have gone gray and let it grow wild. The young women have gone curly and wear it covering one eye. I feel like getting out the scissors.

I absolutely agree with all of the above!

People that don’t say thanks or smile when you hold a door open, people who talk loudly on their phones or eat noisy/smelly food, drink alcohol on public transport.
People saying someone ‘passed’ rather than died.

Being kept waiting for an appointment when you know there is noone with the person you're seeing.

People chatting and taking up the whole pavement or aisle in a shop.

Impatient drivers.

I could go on and on......

What really stupid things, that do not impact on your life, really annoy you?

For me:

The expression 'reach out'

People jumping into shorts and sun dresses the minute the temperature rises above 13 degrees

Signs with apostrophes in the wrong place.
