How often and at what time of day?

Bath or shower every day, before bed. Wash in the morning.

I swim 3 to 4 times a week, when I'm doing that I use the showers at my health club afterwards and wash my hair there, better to bung up their filters with hair products than those at home and use their water too come to that! So if I'm not swimming. I will shower in the morning at home. I rarely take baths.

Usually every night before bed…

I shower usually as soon as I get out of bed, to wake me up. In and out in a couple of minutes. Hair, too, of course.

Have done this since I was about 19.

Exception is Sunday mornings when we both get into our huge bathtub and discuss the week to come over a cup of tea, me with a face pack on. This is mainly so the bathtub gets cleaned regularly!

Everyday, obvs hair too under shower. Currently taking me approx 1 1/2 hours a day after foot surgery to waterproof foot, shower , dress and dry hair, but worth it to feel fresh after. Besides it fills some of the recuperation time! ?

Shower every morning and wash hair, and often a lovely scented comforting bath in the evening.
My problem now is, I usually fall asleep and wake up in a cold bath!

I used to shower every day but it's every other day now. I also try to put the washing machine on less often. Have to do something to save on water and energy

I think it’s a strange question. I’m not commenting just to criticise your thread, but we’ve also had the ‘changing beds’ question again recently and am genuinely interested in knowing the motivation to ask what are, to me, intrusive questions. Yes, I know I don’t have to answer

Grrrrrr sore point here. Our upstairs neighbour has taken to having a long shower at 5am every morning. The shower motor seems to be on the floor and the sound reverberates down to us. I'm so fed up at being startled awake at that hour and lying resentfully until it's a reasonable time to get up. I've even started having to go to bed an hour earlier in an attempt to get a little more sleep. I feel an angry note coming on but I know it would be better to speak to the culprit directly. Probably trouble either way. Och!

Why not do the note, but a polite one? They may well not realise that you can hear the noise .
Either that or invest in earplugs !

Hair washed twice weekly, shower every day

Every morning for me. One of my favoutite happenings.

Every morning and in the evening if I’ve been gardening or it’s hot. Hair washed twice a week.

Shower every morning, on holidays or heatwave here shower in the evening too. Gaga I thought your question was referring to bodily functions, no doubt somebody will ask that next!

I shower early morning, every day. Sometimes in the evening as well if particularly hot or stressed.

Thankfully there is usually no shortage of water here in Scotland. I always have a bath after breakfast and depending on what I've been doing during the day I may have another later.
I so wish my bathrooms were large enough to have a bidet but sadly they are not.

Every morning and wash my hair 2 times a week on average.
If I am going out in the evening shower or bath again.

Depends on how bad the night sweats have been!
