Where is the picture?

The picture is under "The Queen and Paddington Bear" ......... maybe as well as the News and Politics thread?

I may be going mad, but, where is the beautiful little picture that WW3. posted this morning, of HM Queen, Paddington and a corgi?

I took a screen shot, but can't now find it in the threads.
