Earplug recommendations

When we booked our cruise for August I didn’t think ahead to realise I would be spending every night for 3 weeks with DH who is a horrific snorer.

Can anyone recommend some earplugs? I have very small ear canals and any foam ones or in-ear headphones just ping straight out. Otherwise you may be reading about a murder on a cruise ship…….. grin

I am petite and also struggle with audio earbuds falling out. I use Boots Muffles mouldable wax earplugs cut in half when I need to shut out noise.

Silicone earplugs are the answer. They are completely malleable and you mould them to perfectly fit your ear. I find they work really well.
