Hurray Georgesgran. A bit of a refund is better than nothing.

Hold the press!!
Got arrived home to find the voucher in the post. Unbelievably, nowhere near covers what I’d originally spent, so hardly generous. I’ll redeem it and no more Kinder here.

Have you tried tweeting? I find complaints on Twitter are answered much more promptly.
Good luck with your refund.

I bought Kinder products for Easter which Sainsbury’s then emailed to say were on the recall list. I contacted Kinder and sent pictures of the products along with the product number. I then got an email, asking for these again and in time they emailed to say they were very busy with claims, but working through them. Eventually, in April, I was told I’d get a voucher in approx 28 days. As it’s way beyond 28 days, I’m wondering if anyone else is still waiting, before I get in touch with Kinder again.
