Pay,someone to clean the oven. About £60. Worth every penny. Then you can keep it clean.

I have recently moved and found the cooker oven racks were coated in burnt on grease. I have soaked them in hot water with washing up liquid and, with some scrubbing, have got them relatively clean except there are some stubborn black spots - does anyone have any ideas how I can remove these?
