Good Morning Folks, have a fab day everyone

Porridge banana & apple ... have you ever thought of freezing your fresh fruit if you have any Riverwalk ... yes I buy frozen fruit aswell ... I freeze grapes especially ... take off stalk, wash dry throughly put in a plastic tub freeze hey presto ... don't stick together ... although an idea after an hour or so just shake the tub in case there is water, so stops them sticking together ... eat them frozen or pop into a cold drink ... then eat , also satsumas etc ... peel put them into segments freeze ... shake again so don't stick ... I eat mine frozen or put in a dish with others, defrost & eat ... enjoy

Pity we can't bottle the heat for the winter !!!

Have a good day ... God bless

I second your breakfast Riverwalk. I always have frozen fruit in the freezer to have with a dollop of Greek yoghurt topped with nutty granola.
At the moment am having fresh strawberries raspberries and blueberries from the garden which is super. I never seem to tire of it.

A slice of toast and marmalade. Varies each day. Mr C always has granola except Sunday when he makes a bacon sandwich. Creature of habit smile.

I do brunch. Much too early for downstairs yet. It will be a combination of fruit, nuts and yoghurt. Love it.

I've just had yoghurt, mango chunks, granola & a large latte.

I highly recommend frozen fruit - don't each much fruit and fresh starts going off before I get around to eating it. Frozen fruit is very economical and absolutely no waste

Mango £2.20 for 500g
Pineapple £2.20 for 500g
Blueberries £2.20 for 400g
