Just wondered if anyone knew how I can get rid of silent and return to normal on these phones. Tried settings etc without success. It seems to vibrate but not ring. Looked on Youtube but no further forward.

Sorry, never used one. There’s a PDF manual you can download, don’t know if it would help you? Just Google Artfone and the model number and it should come up.

Kiwiqueen123 try pressing the 0 button. I think that alternates between silent/vibrate/ring.

Check on YouTube...You can find videos explaining almost anything on there...Also try to pull down your home page from top of phone..It comes up devices and media...Maybe you have put your phone on silent by mistake...The megaphone icon will be off if you have...Just put it back on for sound again...Hope this helps Kiwiqueen123

yes, press centre bottom key , hold it till it says 'general mode activated'
it first shows zero then general mode.......if you want to silence it press again and it will say silent mode.
