Saltire flying high over Loch Lomond

It’s a gorgeous part of the UK that’s for sure Espee what a great photo! Himself, my uncle and my stepfather (70, 80 and 90) will be up there early in October on their Last of the Summer Wine ‘on tour’. They picnic at Loch Lomond every time as it’s the halfway point time-wise from Manchester to Wester Ross. After Loch Lomond is up through Glencoe which is just awesome in its beauty.

Barely a ripple right now.

We are watching an osprey family. The father has brought in a fish but must be eating it himself. One of the young has fledged and has been flying around, the other is helicoptering on the nest.

I agree Volver is shocking in any country or any sport or daily life. One of the sports that Asians excel at and they are being discriminated against, Maybe there would be a lot more teams if they were allowed to play.

Of course were getting the reporting. It's shocking.

You obviously haven't had the same news as we have all week. Many Asian men are complaining about their treatment by the Scottish Cricket Board, it has been reprimanded just like the Yorkshire Board was for its treatment of Ethnic minorities.
I was surprised as well as I didn't know there was one either but the Asian men were talking on the T.V. news. I wondered why it had not been mentioned on any of the Boards, you are obviously not getting the reporting that we are.

Beautiful picture Esspee. The saltire is the national flag of Scotland because a Scots king called Angus mac Fergus saw a pattern in the sky just like that before a battle, which of course he went on to win.

I noticed the new owner of Auchendennan has a Saltire flying over the house ,thats the old Loch Lomond youth hostel or the BIG house in Take the High .It looked lovely flutterng in the breeze today .Maybe some of you would have stayed in the lovely old house when youth hostelling?
