Just enjoy that fleeting feeling but use it to reflect on when times are not so good.

Count me in! It’s an odd feeling of being unusually content, but with an edge of wondering what’s next? I’m going away with DD2 soon - last time was cancelled as my car had a suspension problem and the time before that was off because of Covid. As someone once said ‘these things are here to try us’.

Saturday morning and I’m luxuriating in bed with a cup of tea, this is happening because this week I have managed to complete and submit all my work to a client, the house is clean top to bottom, fridge full, laundry/ironing basket empty, bedding all clean on and finally the garden is all rosy.

I’m scared, this rarely happens.

Is something going to come along and bite me on the bum?

We have friends over for supper tonight, perhaps I’ll screw up the food?.

Am I the only one that cannot be smug even for a while?
