Feasgar math dear Kitcheners! That’s Gaelic for ‘good afternoon’, I’ve just finished my Gaelic studies for today. I’ve had my last DPP zoom meeting today so I will carry on with the good eating and exercise habits I’ve adopted, with a few naughty treats here and there. I’ve cycled for 45 minutes, I don’t know where I’m going but I’m enjoying the journey

I’m travelling back to a much cooler Inverness just now, taking the train today for a change. It’s a long journey from Kings X to Inverness but I don’t mind it, I just settle down with my kindle. We’re just near Berwick on Tweed and I’m just back from the buffet car with a cup of tea - perfect!

Darling peoples, I had a swell day. The evening meal out with friends was filled with laughter and out of tune "songs". Perfect!. Here is the pic that Mr S took as we were about to leave for the jollies.
I MUST do some jobs. We go to see family later this week. I really cannot afford to loll aboot the hoos at this stage.
I shall return.

This afternoon I have cycled along the road to nowheresville for 45 minutes and spent 2 hours on Gaelic studies. It’s reached a pleasant 22° here with a gentle breeze. Hope you all have a pleasant evening, whatever you’re doing.

A very happy birthday to Soop and Ali. I'm pooped. I thought I was having a quiet day until dd asked if I would have the boys to let her get some cleaning done. They arrived at 10.30 and left at 16.30! I love them dearly but oh my goodness it was hard. I've tidied up most of the chaos and I'm about to make chicken tikka for dinner.
